Although the bulk of our personal injury work is for defendants and their insurance companies, Buller Jeffries has always acted for individuals who have suffered injury or disease. Our knowledge of defendant work provides an insight to the problems facing defendants and our portfolio of past cases includes multi million pound awards for catastrophic injury for both clinical negligence and road accident victims and more modest figures for routine orthopaedic or musculo-skeletal injuries.

There will be certain cases that we are unable to handle because of our involvement on behalf of defendants. For example, we could not deal with a pavement-tripping case for the injured person. However, that aside, we take on every other type of claim. We offer an energetic but at the same time, technically excellent service. We pride ourselves on keeping our clients informed as to the position in their claims at regular intervals.
